Caleb is a high school senior whose entrepreneurial spirit is as vibrant as his passion for the outdoors. Since becoming a teen, Caleb has been captivated by the idea of creating and nurturing something of his own. This drive led him to found Hard Work Exterior, Power Washing and Landscaping, where he combines his love for hard work with his dream of building a successful business. Caleb's enthusiasm for entrepreneurship is matched only by his dedication to delivering exceptional service.

Michael, a high school junior, embodies the essence of hard work and eager zeal. As the co-specialist of Hard Work Exterior, Michael brings a unique blend of leadership, creativity, and a relentless pursuit of perfection to the team. With also a fun side it creates the perfect duo. His entrepreneurial journey began from an early age where his dad taught him the core values of owning a business.
